The selectors choose Rohit as first-choice opener.
Mohammed Shami inclusion definitely boosts up Indian fast bowling. Shami who missed a complete season due to injuries. Finally he made to Indian team again. Mohammed Shami was one of the key bowlers who took wickets whenever the team needed. Shami was one of the reasons for making Champions India in Champions Trophy.
Ms Dhoni is the only wicket Keeper in the team with Rishabh Pant and Dinesh Karthik among stand by players.
