Young talent Ishan Kishan shines in top order, Ishan opened the innings along with Brendon McCollum, while Brendon McCollum went out for just six runs. Ishan took the charge of scoring runs for GL when wickets were falling at regular intervals. However, this young gun went on to scored 48 runs off 35 balls;( 6x4s, 2×6), and became a scalp of off Spinner Harbhajan Singh.

Malinga is back with bang

Lasith Malinga back to playing eleven with a bang. Malinga bowled out dangerous Brendon McCollum just for six runs and also clean bowled Aaron Finch inform batsman. Malinga really made half job easy for Mumbai by taking these crucial wickets of in-form players. Bumrah picking Suresh Raina just for one run then wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik stumped by wicketkeeper Parthiv Patel.

Ravindra Jadeja, James Faulkner & Andrew Tye

Ravindra Jadeja, James Faulkner & Andrew Tye this three all-rounder has made some really crucial runs for GL. Ravindra Jadeja scored 28 runs off 21 balls;(2x4s, 1×6), James Faulkner 21 off 27 and in the end Andrew Tye 25 runs off just 12 balls which include two sixes and two fours. This all-rounder batting performance has given some respectable score to GL. 159 runs for 9 in 20 overs

It was Parthiv Patel’s quick-fire batting has given Mumbai Indian a superb start. Patel was just incredible with his batting skills. Patel was middling every ball. He was scoring boundaries all around the ground. Parthiv Patel scored 70 runs off 44 balls; (9x4s, 1×6).

Nightmare to Irfan Pathan

It was Parthiv Patel who demolished Irfan Pathan bowling in his comeback match. He scored 16 runs off Irfan’s over. He smashed two fours & one six and two runs of Pathan’s over.

James Faulkner

James Faulkner brought GJ Lions brought back into the game by picking two wickets in form batsman Parthiv Patel & Rohit Sharma.

Dramatic turn by Basil Thampil

The new death over Yorker specialist Basil Thampil took the match away from Mumbai Indians. He picked up two wickets in two overs crucial wicket of Pollard and HH Pandya.

Bumrah is just outstanding wins the match for his side what an outstanding bowling in super over.Both world class hitters couldn’t match up with bumrah. He bowled wide Yorkers and slower ones not allowing Aaron Finch & Brendon McCullum to free their arms. No words to describe bumrah defending 12 runs in 6 balls and conceding only six runs is something called splendid bowling performance by Jasprith Bumrah.
